T-mob wandering off with £200 credit

Bought three phones about 9 months ago, topped them with £50, £50 and £100. They've since sat in my drawer, forgotten about (I bought them for a specific situation, which never materialised), turned them on today and none of them can make a call!
I know T&Cs say that credit expires after 180 days of no-use, but this feels ridiculous. I'm now £200 out of pocket and someone at T-mob is enjoying his bonus pay cheque!
What can I do about this?
Ask them to switch them on again
Most networks would do this for SIMs which are only a bit past expiry, though Vodafone tend to turn them off again only a few days later.0 -
As my granny always said 'Toffs are careless'.
£100 mobile topup says it all really...This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Otherwise, thanks for all the advice. Will take it up with T-Mob on Monday.
I have to say the little battle between the posters up here was very entertaining0
