Hint: I wasn't arguing. I wouldn't waste my time, you're a moronic little child who changes his argument every time the previous one gets splattered.

Braindead Scrote: "LOL there`s no one to buy your houses"

Normal Person: "Erm, transaction numbers have been steadily rising for 6 years, clearly people are buying them"

Braindead Scrote: "LOL but they`re less than peak LOLOL"

    Normal Person: "..."

Can't argue with idiocy like that.

I didn`t mention inheritance tax, why do you think it is relevant to someone`s house being worth less than they thought, a "value" V actual money in the bank?

You replied to my reply to officeuk which was regarding inheritance tax. You poured scorn on my comment but when challenged you were unable to support your own comment.

Now when challenged again you do the same as Bubble&Squeak has before, you move the goalposts and claim you were talking about something different.

Is it any wonder the HPC crowd have absolutely no credibility and are routinely ridiculed on here? This is exactly why the HPC site has to use the stealth-ban, they know that most postings on there are total nonsense that are far too easy to disprove.

There is a hint of annoyance in your post now. Just sayin`.

Hint; If property has done so well for you, go and enjoy your "wealth" and stop making a fool of yourself on the internet.

My comment was simply that most average UK property will not hit the IT thresholds in the coming years (unless they drop the limits) and that there is a difference between a valuation (paper wealth) and an actual sale (money in the bank) Do I have to spell everything out for you?

It's true. Crashy is living proof of the old saying "never argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level and beat you with experience".

Er, yeah, right, of course that's what you meant. But let's give you the benefit of the doubt and run with that.

So you are actually saying that homeowners' kids will be even better off than renters' kids because most of them won't actually have to pay any IHT on their inheritance? Fantastic! :D

So to update my previous post:
You feel sorry for the kids who on average inherit £200,000+ tax-free:rotfl:

I feel sorry for the kids whose parents had a choice but chose to rent and left their kids a big fat zilch.

Previously you accused me of being "dumbed down" so I'll ask again; if my quote above is intrinsically incorrect please do let us know what other wealth you were thinking of that can be passed on and will be significantly different between home owners and renters?

That's because you're incredibly annoying. Especially your inability to operate an apostrophe.

A lot in the news about prices falling next year

    http://goo.gl/Q7R4Ns

Back in april the narrative was 'house prices will keep rising up to 2020'.

What apostrophe are you talking about?
