Anecdotes don't constitute any sort of evidence. I really don't think you can judge a market as big as the Uk based on a few glimpses of a property website!

You probably need to look up the meaning of "Anecdote" ? They are using Rightmove, Property Bee and other sources to list the drops.0 -

how can it not be?
admitting this would go against everything you believe in so you cling to anything you can find to support this belief.
its like the theist trying to disprove evolution. logic and reason go out the window because an out of date reference says so
At the moment it's an assertion rather than fact. There isn't any data to support this assertion - posting a Rightmove link to an unpleasant house in Rodney Place in E17 (for the third time) isn't proof.
If there are significant falls in selling prices and there's a sense of panic setting in it's a well kept secret.
Latest data seems to suggest that we're more likely heading towards some moderation - hardly surprising after last year.0 -

by the time LR gets realistic and responds we'll be in the next bubble and you'll be saying prices are still falling0 -

This times its different, from now on there will not be another correction ever again........ House prices will only ever go from now on. Even after interest rates go back up to normal. The thing about chaos is, it's fair.0 -

if they did our alleged economic recovery would disappear in a puff of debt fueled logic0 -
