conflicting data from lagging indices is consistent with a market topping
falling asking prices is a sign of whats happening now
and lead indicators like the falling share price of home builders is a sign of whats to come
having said that i notice FOXTONS is experiencing a nice little dead cat bounce at the mo0 -

this is how i felt about the middle class couples that were outbidding me using mummy and daddys money at the beginning of the year
now i just feel sorry for them
