Hiya everyone :hello: and welcome to all the new peoples !!

LW re the duvet. I do the inside out - ie start with cover inside out.
    • Concertina the duvet on the floor at bottom of bed.
    • Put hand inside cover to top corner and grab a top corner of duvet.
    • Pull the corner of duvet through through and PEG FIRMLY.
    • Repeat other side and PEG FIRMLY.
    • Now wriggle the cover over and down as far as you can.
    • When you run out of arms throw on bed and pull down rest.
    • Fit bottom corners and shake duvet into cover.
    • Do up bottom opening and shake out onto bed.
Maybe you can beg or borrow another duvet and make it up, putting away in wardrobe or wherever. Make the first one last 2 weeks by turning over after first week. Then replace with other duvet and repeat. That will last you four weeks anyways.

Vacuum through the living room, hall
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself

I'm in again, although today was a no-flying day as had to take mum to a medical appointment and assessment for blue=badge which she apparently qualified for just by walking down the corridor. Dog taken to vets and daughter taken to work, supermarket trip under taken where lunch was eaten.
Minimal flying done will try harder tomorrow.
    NSD 1/3,
My mantra is After I ....I will. eg After I make my morning coffee, I will take my medication. Eventually this will become a habit,

Had a lovely afternoon today with the kids. Went to our local country park. Did some arts and crafts, bought some duck food to feed the ducks (had a long chat about the different birds and ducks with ds1), did a nature trail and played in the park. Not feeling too bad that I didn't clean the living room windows as I did some other stuff that wasn't on the list!
