    Hiya Sea - the letter will have arrived today (or maybe yesterday), but we haven't heard anything yet. I really hope they contact us soon, because I know he'll feel much better once he can stop worrying about what's going to happen.

    What Stu has asked them to do is more than reasonable, so I just hope they will see sense and agree to it. It's difficult to know the right way to approach situations like this though, as it's not something either of us have dealt with before.
