Maybe I am harming myself emotionally and socially being so boring.:beer:0 -
And what is that got to do with the price of a taxi, or a loaf of bread come to that?0

I remember seeing somewhere that for alot of people it would actually be cheaper for them to get taxis everywhere than to pay for the car they own.
Typical car costs:
£810 before you've driven it anywhere or allowed for depreciation- from:
http://www.moneymatterstome.co.uk/7-Personal-life-choices/Sub1/Activity-BuyingACar.htm
depreciation and interest payments could easily be another £500.
so you're talking £1310 before you've paid for a drop of petrol to go anywhere, that's £25 a week.
If you don't use your car to get to work, it's quite possibly cheaper to simply take two or three taxis a week.Fear God and dread nought :cool:0 -

When you have your own place you wont be able to afford it - do it now while you're living at home.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0
