  • I have not been sleeping well the past two nights, I am trying to get to bed at a decent time but I just can't fall asleep and it is down to stress.
Now I am focusing more on my self I am really struggling keeping the house ticking over not to mention all the jobs that need doing around it. Me and my husband have had a chat and he is going to start doing his fair share. I am not going to let him back out on this either! He lives there too.
With work, the house, debts etc... this is a slight weight off my mind. It also means that I can have more time for myself to exercise, relax or pamper.

    Weigh in today.

It is another gain of 1.2lbs (11st 9.8lbs) although surprised when I got on the scale as I would of put money on a loss but do you know what I don't care. I have felt so good over the last few days with eating more and just focusing on the right nutrition that I have felt really lean and I can see that I my shape is changing. I have lost an inch off my tummy so my stomach is looking slimmer, my skin feels amazing and I feel beautiful.
