I have not been sleeping well the past two nights, I am trying to get to bed at a decent time but I just can't fall asleep and it is down to stress.
Now I am focusing more on my self I am really struggling keeping the house ticking over not to mention all the jobs that need doing around it. Me and my husband have had a chat and he is going to start doing his fair share. I am not going to let him back out on this either! He lives there too.
With work, the house, debts etc... this is a slight weight off my mind. It also means that I can have more time for myself to exercise, relax or pamper. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I did intend on eating more calories today but I forgot to take out the pineapple chunks from the freezer and only realised after my dinner and it was too late to take them out by then. Was going to have them with some heavy cream for pudding. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Weigh in today.
It is another gain of 1.2lbs (11st 9.8lbs) although surprised when I got on the scale as I would of put money on a loss but do you know what I don't care. I have felt so good over the last few days with eating more and just focusing on the right nutrition that I have felt really lean and I can see that I my shape is changing. I have lost an inch off my tummy so my stomach is looking slimmer, my skin feels amazing and I feel beautiful.
