Springboard surveys

I had approximately £19.50 account balance with Springboard. They have added 3900 points to my Maximiles account.
Have just tried to log into my old Springboard account but my log in details no longer work.
I would have expected more points in exchange for the balance that I had.0 -
An absolute disgrace. Should've offered to pay up first. Maxmiles are bloody rubbish. To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And Eternity in an hour.

So, thats over £5 being knocked off my balance.
I was just short of the payout threashhold too & emailed them saying how unsatisfactory it was their effectively reducing our earnings by a few pounds.
Their copy/paste reply completely ignored the issue:
"A Solution/Response has been provided: It takes around 48 hours for points to be transferred. You also need to complete at least one Maximiles survey."
Utterly useless! :mad:0 -
Moi, I got the same message, so contacted them again, stating how much less the points transferred were, compared to my balance with them. They replied
"I am sorry to learn that you feel the value of the Maximiles points you have been offered is not a fair exchange for your survey cash. Please be assured that Maximiles has been very careful to ensure the number of points offered is in line with what Springboard UK paid for completing surveys and for the points they awarded to existing Maximiles members for their activity on Maximiles.co.uk".
I have replied to this, stating it is not a fair exchange, and that I either want the correct amount of points added or a cheque for the balance from them, if not then I will be taking this further. If everyone keeps on at them, maybe they might sort this out.0 -

Someone at Springboard has been sitting there clicking copy & paste! I got that exact wording when I contacted them again. They also wrote a spiel about how "Maximiles has an extensive range of up to 400 fantastic rewards all at very competitive rates.....", yet again completely failing to understand why we may be put out that our "cash" balance has shrunk (in relation to Maximiles points needed for £25 vouchers).0 -
I had no idea Springboard were packing up until a few days ago. I had £11 and after a couple of attempts Maxmiles showed that I had 22000 points. They have now vanished and Maxmiles have put an invalid notice on my email address. I have sent both companies emails complaining about the shoddy service, but its looking like I can kiss the £11 goodbye. This is bang out of order, ok not a lot of money, but thats not the point. I shall boycott Maxmiles unless I get it back. There was I thinking Sprinboard were a great team to do surveys with... Sold us to the dogs haven`t they?0

I have just posted a new thread without realising this was here but like all of you, I have lost £16 in some "PENDING" folder on Maximiles that does not exist. This is the FOURTH survey company that has either amalgamated with another company but not paid the earnings . Global test Market have started knocking people off also with some lame excuse that we have "breached their policy" (load of rubbish) and I lost about £22 there too. Two other companies have done the same recently - I must have lost about £60. Maximiles and Springboard will not reply to me. I have searched for phone numbers and addresses to no avail. There MUST be some overseeing body for this? the only other thing is Watchdog and if they get enough complaints about a particular company, they usually do something about it and seem to get results. It is principal now as these companies have used us for no reward.; If any of you have earnings in any other survey company , GET THEM OUT NOW in case it happens to you. :mad:Carh:A0

Justr to add to my last post , I have just sent this to Maximiles. I think it needs everyone to keep on and on at them:
"Re query 3-232943 You have still not answered my question as I have NOT received any further Maximiles surveys from you, nor is there a "Pending points" button on my account so my £16 from Springboard has disappeared into the ether. Springboard will not reply. This seems to be a rip off somewhere as I have lost money here as no money seems to have come across and despite teething problems, I would expect something to be showing by now. According to a Money forum, many other people are experiencing the same problem so someone is hiding the money somewhere. When a company amalgamates, it is customary for the money to immediately be transferred into the new account with no other ifs and buts. You are saying no one can see the money until you sens a survey but you hardly ever send any,so how is this helpful? Someone has my £16 and I will take this further as along with everyone elses money, something is not right about any of this. Please reply to give a sensible answer to where my money from Springboard has gone to"Carh:A0 -
I have now contacted Maximiles 3 times to ask where the pounding button is and they just send out a computerised reply. This is a con, I can well believe out money has been effectively stolen on the old Springboard site unless they can prove otherwise and so far, no one has bothered to answer. So be aware of these people , they are scammersCarh:A0
