With mine it took 24 hours to appear...

Hi folks- a facebook group has been set up to protest the issue of being short changed points
search Springboard rewards Complaint group on facebook (sorry as a new member to here I cant post the link) - a quick look at Vision Criticals facebook page will show the depth of feeling over this.

Have checked my Springboard account and my balance of £19.50 is still showing, however 3900 points have been added to my Maximiles account as 'other points'.

This is nowhere near the value of points I had with Springboard. It's no wonder Springboard members are annoyed.

I've emailed both Springboard and Maximiles support - to be fair they've both replied, but no resolution as yet. I don't think they've accounted for the fact that some of us already had a Maximiles account, they seem to assume that everyone will create a new one. Hopefully they'll sort it soon ..........

My points are showing now. It was only just over 1000 as I had pretty much given up with Springboard, got too annoyed with their concept of not knowing if I was going to be paid or not so it's a bonus for me as I would have never received payout otherwise, I guess. Can understand why people who were closer to they payout threshold are really annoyed though! (Though it could have been even worse I guess - they could have just closed the site as happened before with some other sites and everyone would have lost all their points... Yes, I was in that situation before )

My points from Springboard are showing as pending (after you click on "points").

However, It gives 20th Jan 4753 as the estimated confirmation date! - Over two and a half thousand years time! :rotfl:

The support is very bad they have copied and pasted the same reply to me 3 times without answering my question.

I've emailed them. I had £24.50 but being given 4950 points (6300 for a £25 voucher)

So, thats over £5 being knocked off my balance.

I said this wasn't acceptable and asked them to pay me paypal. Shame as Springboard was one of the survey companies I really liked.
