Springboard surveys

I have been waiting for 7 weeks now for the £25 voucher to arrive from a Springboard surveys. I have e-mailed them twice without any reply and begin to worry now if I ever receive that cheque. I am wondering now if they are legit? I would like to hear if anyone else has had similar experience with them. Thanks

  • Sorry you are having problems with Springboard.

They are definitely legit though. Several people on here have reported receiving payouts and I've redeemed £25 myself but it was ages ago. It takes so long to amass the points with them and to be honest I haven't received a survey invite from them for a couple of weeks now which is a tad unusual. You've set me worrying now about whether they are in trouble:eek:

Lets hope someone else comes along soon to put us out of our misery:(

    Good Luck

I cashed out recently with Springboard, initially they said 6-8 weeks to PayPal but in the end I received it within 3/4 weeks.

Same here. Took a few weeks for it to arrive, but it did arrive eventually.

Springboard is not one of the better sites. Took me a couple of years to hit the £25 payout threshold, then weeks for the payment to come. I can't understand why it takes that long to process a payment.

They're legitimate enough, just very slow.

Had a reply from them saying I need to add additional 6 weeks for my cheque to arrive which makes 4 months wait in total which is ridiculous!

It's 8 weeks tomoro since I cashed out and requested a paypal payment
Fingers crossed that it comes soon.
  • It made me laugh when I got my cheque for £25 from them. It was from a Natwest account in the UK sent from Canada! So no wonder they take so long! I have not tried the paypal option as I often find that paypal charges a fee for some payments and not others.

They are, as others have said, legit but exceedingly slow. I've had one cash out in the past, and just waiting for another to be processed now. Takes ages ( well over a year ) to amass the points, and 6 - 8 weeks to process a Paypal payment ... what on earth is that all about ???? But fingers crossed it arrives in the end.
  • I wasnt even able to join!
    It doesnt let you
  • Does the monthly mosaic actually make any difference to the number of survey invites you receive?

I did them the first 2 or 3 months after joining but still found survey invites few and far between so stopped bothering with them.
