Springboard surveys

I emailed them on 12 Feb and was told that my paypal payment would be another 2 to 4 weeks
I've already been waiting 8 weeks for it.

Planet S - I never did the monthly mosaic so don't know if it makes a difference

Anyone had an e-mail from Springboard saying they are closing down and transfering any outstanding points to maximiles. I had £4 owing which when I clicked the link showed as 8000 points. I already have a maximiles account so clicked on that option which is suppose to transfer these points straightaway. But when it took me to the maximiles site no sign of these extra points! Relieved I had cashed out my £25 last November!

My payment came through fine so I've left them already.

8000 points on maximiles would get a £20 sainsburys voucher with a few points left over on maximiles ..... maybe the transferring cash to points has got screwed up somewhere (but its not excuse)

When I look at the reward catalogue on Maximiles, 8000 worth way more than £4 to be honest.

I've been a member of Springboard for quite while, but haven't received an email from them about closing down.

Just checked my balance and it stands at £19.50. Have never done many surveys for them or cashed out.

I tried to redeem the reward, but nothing happened.

Wondering what will happen now.

Libra10 - Sadly, it only lets you redeem with a minimum of £25 balance.

I've been a member of Springboard for a while now and redeemed around £150 with them. Sorry to hear they're closing down! But at least there are many other survey sites out there that send out more surveys and you can redeem faster. Not received an email either.

This is part of the e-mail from them:
" Today is an end of an era and the beginning of a brand new exciting one.

We have decided to close Springboard UK, which means we will no longer be sending you surveys or communications.

The great news is we have teamed up with Maximiles so you can continue to provide your valuable feedback, transfer over your Survey Cash balance and earn even more rewards!"

No sign of any points being added to my maximiles account yet. Though I noticed that an e-mail from maximiles for 5 points has not been added either- and they are usually added straightaway.

I have looked at Maximiles and a £25 L2S voucher is 7550, But my £22 will only get me 4400 points! So i am not getting a good deal i am losing out! I know it is only £22 but it the principle, I earned it and should be paid it, They have had the money for my opinions etc so why can they just not pay up?

I've got £9.25, to be honest I stopped bothering with their surveys a long time ago. You never knew if you would be one of the 2,000 who would get paid for completing it or not. It was a very poor model for us, but good for them as they got a lot of info for free. Not surprised the shine wore off. Bit peed to be losing that, but I don't want to join up to anymore sites. I'll stick with the better ones and put that down to experience!
