Well I got my points added. It was actually 800 not 8000 (my mistake- wishful thinking!)

I have a balance of £19.26. I received no email from them, I tried to log into Maximiles, with the same password, and got this - Aucun compte n'a ActAc trouvAc An cette adresse email. I know this is telling me I have no account but I have! Anyone else having the same problem?

I am a member of both survey sites and haven't heard anything from Springboard.

No problems logging into my Maximiles account.

I have not had a email yet about sprngboard closing i was just saying post on the company's main facebook page.

If you log on to springboard and go to the FAQ it tells you about the closing down and moving to maximiles.

I have looked at Maximiles and a £25 L2S voucher is 7550, But my £22 will only get me 4400 points! So i am not getting a good deal i am losing out! I know it is only £22 but it the principle, I earned it and should be paid it, They have had the money for my opinions etc so why can they just not pay up?

Despite them saying in the email that signing up to maximiles will "transfer over your Survey Cash balance", it doesn't seem like we can actually get cash/Paypal due, :mad: just vouchers or a load of other old tat 'rewards' by the looks of it.

If you were up to £25 you can still cash it in via springboard. If its less than £25 you will not get cash via maximiles. I use my maximiles points for shopping vouchers. Of which currently M&S are the best value giving you £25 for less points used than the other shops listed. I like maximiles and have been with them since about 1997 when they were ipoints. And are one of the few companies that credit you for any surveys that glitch no questions asked. :T

Not impressed, I got the Springboard email today and clicked straight through to Maximiles. I briefly saw a points balance of 4900 then went about registering. Took three attempts for them to send an email for me to confirm my address and now my points have vanished.

Firstly, maybe I did something wrong but it should be possible to sort out points transfers after!

Secondly, the rewards on Maximiles are terrible value!

Went to springboard account to see if there was any info only to see my balance was £24.50! So close yet so far! Took me ages to save that up, almost gave up around the £12 mark as I can't stand most of their surveys! Wish I had now!

I hope I can at least get the points sorted on the poor value Maximiles account so I can claw back SOMETHING from all that time and effort! :mad:
