Living / dining room is spotless now. Shame the bedroom looks a tip as I've just dumped stuff in there! Oh well it will get sorted at some point. Seem to have got OH on board, he even wiped down the kitchen counters and hob after the washing up because he didn't want to ruin my spotless kitchen apparently!

Hope Mr Rat finds his way out soon. My parents cat is very good at bringing creatures in and then just watching them cause havoc. She has a particular fondness for frogs and toads.

What me Miss? I have been here all week long........ seriously that would be one big fat whopper. Flying has been taking second fiddle to house maintenance and repairs.....and getting shot of Cowboy tradesmen (well more precisely getting EX to get rid of the Cowboy tradesman he hired to clean, repair and treat the roof of the Skint Pitz).

I have been vindicated again in "the house smells department" the boss carrying the bathwater to the main stack pipe has blown at some point and I have had water leaking behind the wall into my "recently" decorated DR (flyladies of some time standing will remember this is the room I was decorating and while trying to cook in the kitchen and managed to poor scalding oil over my arm). The carpet underlay for half the room is ruined, the carpet is thankfully not badly affected, a quick v@x should freshen that up, the plaster has had to be hacked back and will need redoing again .......the floor itself has black mold all over it......it is now on day 2 of a soda crystals and vinegar soak and I will get the steam mop on it tomorrow and see if it needs a 3rd day, and then to top it off I had a pipe leaking in the wall in between my downstairs loo and garage......fed up with this house, beginning to think I would be better off walking away, clearing my debts and going into social housing......I am getting off topic.......grass minced and bagged ready for dump, attacked more weeds and ivy Jedi style with hedge trimmer again, all bagged as well, swept up mess left by yesterday's Cowboys.......but I need to get pressure washer out tomorrow to clean my driveway, walls and windows as they have made them filthy beyond measure.

There has been other stuff done....including a major declutter of one old shed......old non working TD and DW taken to local metal recyclers and walked away with £16.....old warped scraps of wood taken to dump......kids old summer toys taken out of retirement and given new lease of life with DS, shed dismantled, rotten wood removed for burning, ready to wash and stain ready for repair and re-assembly as a bike store....EX hastily refitted security cameras in case Cowboy builders decided to come back and exact revenge/pester me for money.....so now I can vet all door callers without even opening the door or peeking through the blinds.

on a happier note, DD4 is becoming a real flybaby.....I must have said to DD1 on Skype that I love my new V@x Air3 (it is a Dys0n imposter) as DD4 has taken to going up to my V@x and kissing it every time I say I want to do cleaning .

Right time for some shut eye......posivibes on their way for Ginge and Mr LW, well done to Ionafan on weightloss, lovely rainbow knitting Pigpen (I did I quick scan of last week Fred)

    Definitely time for some zzzz.....TTFN
The cold never bothered me anyway
