Oh dear - again!

I've just looked at your contract with landowners. You've just loaded that shotgun again, and you've not much left down below to blow away - ouch!
Do you really think you have any hope whatsoever of persuading a Judge that a motorist is entering a contractual charge agreement with you? Good luck with that one!

You've got the main heads covered. It might look a bit better if you did the following:
1. Put a numbered bullet-point list of the appeal headers at the opening of your submission - it will draw the Assessor's attention to the fact you've got the necessary points covered.
2. Your capitalisation of LINK PARKING LTD makes it pretty obvious it's been a 'find and replace' exercise, and in my opinion reduces the strength of your appeal (real or perceived is somewhat immaterial if it doesn't help you). So I'd rework it with Link Parking Ltd.
3. Not sure whether you've more to add here?

The NTK was also received over 56 days after the original windscreen PCN was issued, which also contravenes POFA2 2012. [THIS BIT WHERE APPLICABLE]
NEWBIES - Start a new thread, do not hijack anyone else's, even if your circumstances seem to be the same.
NEWBIES - wise up - DO NOT IGNORE A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE - you have been warned!

Oh dear - again!
Oh dear, indeed.
There's further self-incriminating text in the Blog section of the Link Parking website.
"At Link Parking we work with you to ensure these seemingly inconsequential parking misdemeanours do not go unchallenged, and where appropriate people are punished for using your space for their own gains".0 -
Lets not help them with lesson about how to write. They are probably ex clampers so would only have a half a brain cell between them and writing is a struggle for such people, after all.
Hilarious though that this poster thinks a firm who created a pathetic website like that might have a chance with all the documents & detail needed for court. It's not just about using the £2.50 Gladstones special offer 'Letter before Claim' you know!
It's always a hilarious interlude when PPCs venture here, especially clueless ones. I am going to use this thread now to host winning IAS appeals as long as jamesrees doesn't mind (I do hope he didn't pay).
Also Fausty won but I can't find his thread, and loads more on pepipoo I can't recall the usernames from.
SOME WINNING IAS APPEALS FROM SUMMER 2014:

http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=ilelar&s=8#.U_6EOU3wupp (An actual IAS decision from May 2014 where they DID say why he won - and it was about the NTK wording - but you MUST attach a copy of the NTK in your evidence and I would recommend saying the flaws are 'fatal to keeper liability' as the statutory wording is 'prescriptive and mandatory')

Just thought i would chime in. I sent my appeal off this morning and received a response a few hours later, which was successful!

Nice result again, the NTK being attached as evidence and ripped apart for non-complaint wording is what I suspect swung it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
