IJT Direct - Refusing refund, theft of parcel

If it aint arrived they wont refund regardless,you need to take it up with the postal service if it shows un-delivered.Official MR B fan club,dont go............................0

I don't understand how it's IJT's responsibility - until it arrives with them, they aren't going to refund. Having proof of postage doesn't change the fact the item isn't there.
As you employed the postal service to get the item to them, you need to chase it up and if it's been lost, put in a claim for compensation with the mail carrier.
