    I'm not feeling confident.

I'm hoping it'll click as I do more of the training set, but we'll have to see.

    I really dislike this task.

I applied for their new position (Web5?) but haven't heard anything back yet. I've noticed before that this company doesn't communicate very well, kind of like Leapforce. Appen and LB at least have that covered very well.
  • Of all the rating companies, overall I would say ISS had the best communication. All aspect of the job including payment was managed by the same person, so that made communication very easy. Appen's communication was pretty good, but how they divide tasks amongst manager must be very inefficient. Sometimes I was wondering who I was supposed to contact first.

Lionbridge is fine as long as there are no issues and you don't contact them. Most of the communication is automated and emails about tasks or the review process seem to be largely ignored.

That maybe the experience you get while on the job, but during the application process (and I've been through several with all of these companies) ISS seem to have the slowest reponse, and in some cases I've heard nothing from them. At least the others can tell me if I'm accepted or not.

The training isn't going well for me and I'm not enjoying the task at all. Has anyone tried to get on a different project?

Worth a try as they did mention there was more than one project.

Is anyone else on the second training set? I notice they sent me the old newsletters I remember from ABH.

Have just finished it, and narrowly failed to get the required percentage. Didn't exactly help that some of the answers were clearly wrong/outdated, as I possibly would've achieved the pass mark otherwise.

Will see if I get to hear anything about the other project..

Well, it now looks like I will be doing the exam after all. So, either my moaning paid off, or the pass mark isn't as final as first thought. Or maybe they've suddenly realised the training is so hard that no one is likely to progress onto the actual exam if they're not more flexible. :p Suppose this is good news for all of us, anyway.
