I don't know what the current job advertised on their site involves, but yes they do offer contract based jobs paid by the hour, like Appen/LF etc The crowdsourced ones seem to be labelled as such.

Would really like to hear about contract renewal though. I do think iSS are the best company for this work.

Indeed. I suspected the news might not be good when we didn't hear anything for so long - makes sense for them not to tell us early so as not to impact our work quality!
I think I will follow up on these new projects at least to get the training stuff and see what the work involves.

Small chance that maybe they have 'enough' feedback now and the work won't need to go to anyone else. I don't see evidence of that on Workplacelikehome though.
