Delighted by the changes introduced.
I've found it nearly impossible to reach even 10 hours a week, because by midweek the project is out of hours.
I appreciate some people can put in more hours per day, but it doesn't seem fair that some workers are able to monopolise the work available, whilst others who due to other commitments lose out because they can't cram at the beginning of the week.
I'm hoping this will mean I can actually meet the 10 hour minimum consistently.0 -
Yeah, fair point that this is a very good change for anyone who's not been getting 10 hours. Have to admit the work running out was an annoyance at first, but I kinda started to enjoy cramming some hours Sun/Mon and then taking it easy the rest of the week - ah the joys of not having a life (and not working for ABH!)0

Hi,
have you received the october invoice?
thank you for the answer0 -
Me neither.0
-
No invoice here either.0
-
Just to confirm I haven't had an invoice either.
They don't seem to have a precise payment schedule, which is a bit of a disadvantage as it is useful/important to know when payment is actually going to be made...0 -
Hmm. Feels like the auditor has changed again and back to being a lot more picky about details (like at the start of this job).
Edit: are HITs quite low for anyone else?0 -
Yeah, HITs low for me also. Luckily haven't run out of work today though. Agreed regarding auditor, does feel like there is a bit of inconsistency, and a bit worried about my RTA performance overall..0
