Does anyone know at what point HitApps disappeared this week? Was out most of the day yesterday and didn't log in, so was hoping to spend the rest of the week making up hours..
They are still there for me.. although I expect them to disappear any time now, as they usually do on a Friday/Saturday, which is annoying as I have far more time at the end of the week, which is why I struggle to get to the 10 hours..0 -

Thanks. So it seems that we're all seeing something different now. I managed just over 8 hours between Monday and Wednesday. Don't know if HitApps were available to me yesterday as I didn't check, and there don't seem to have been any available from at least 12pm today. Am assuming I'm NOT on review due to what you said about having no work at some point last week, anyway.Have been doing pretty badly on RTA's recently thanks to a certain category, but was hoping that others might be in the same boat regarding that..

Has everyone else received payment for the second month? I'm still waiting :lipsrseal0

I had about 3000 HITs available yesterday when I logged off, and today they are all gone. Guess I'm in the same boat as a lot of you.
I did do miserably on one set of RTAs (I think we all have issues with one particular subject, from what it sounds like). Hope I'm not out as a result of that. Had one audit where the correct rating shown was one thing, but in the auditor's comment, it was another, so I called it into question.
Oh, and I've been paid on time each time. No problems with that. :j0 -
Is anyone else having trouble lately with inconsistent judgments on certain types of queries? Its difficult to keep the RTA high enough when they keep doing this...I really hope they clean that up0

Not sure about "inconsistent", but definitely seem to be struggling with a certain category. Lots of examples in the guidelines, but the problem is they don't explain exactly how we're supposed to research it. Also doesn't help that we're not directed to our local search engine, so I end up cutting and pasting everything into the "correct" one. Although now not sure whether this is actually the right thing to do or not?!
Worst type of queries for me at the moment though are a category that don't appear in the guidelines at all. Despite the fact that they just updated them in the last week. Have had a few RTA's back which I didn't agree with, but am still rating them the same way at the moment as can't bear to rate them the "right" way..0 -
I am finding the whole no work later on in the week thing increasingly frustrating.
By no means could I work anything more than about 15 hours a week, but at the moment I am struggling to meet 10 because other commitments mean I am far busier in the earlier part of the week.
I wish they would guarantee at least 10 hours a week, because I desperately need the money, but can only really do the hours over the entire week, opposed to cramming early on.
Apart from that, it is nice, unlike Appen, not to have multiple emails per week about guidelines, service level reviews and hour requirements.
Would never want to work for them again.0 -

I know. Been out for most of the day today so didn't manage to get anything done. As a result, am not expecting to have a great total of hours to show for this week..Apart from that, it is nice, unlike Appen, not to have multiple emails per week about guidelines, service level reviews and hour requirements.

Did you get an email from them earlier today inviting you to apply for the WSE role, by any chance?! Cos I did.Despite the fact that when we got fired we were told we wouldn't be eligible to do the job again, of course.. :undecided
