I will but I'm sure like the following it will get disputed as many things have been on this thread even though it's word for word from her letter final relevant paragraph as it's over a page long in total
" However the letters mr ******* ( not putting my name sorry ) has received are not appropriate as, although he is behind with his payment plan, he has paid enough for his current licence and I am sorry for the concern these letters have caused. TV Licensing will ensure that letters citing debt recovery will not be sent to customers who are not in arrears with their payments for their current licence. I am informed that these changes will be implemented by this June.
I hope I have been able to clarify the position and please let me know if I can be of any further assistance "
Bear in mind the letter was supposed to have been sent May 19th but my MP didn't get it till end June0 -

There is no question of lying - it's simply a matter of pointing out that the evidence against you is false - for X, Y, Z reasons. (In your case, because TVL had never been to your home). Cases get thrown out on a daily basis because of mistakes or technical issues. This could have been one of them.
Apparently, they shouldn't ask you this question, certainly not if you don't enter the witness box. It is for the prosecution to prove the case against you and if the evidence is false, that'll be kind of tricky.
It's all very well knowing after the event Uf your so clever at sorting these things out May be you SHOULD get your message out into the big wide world0 -

What do you think I'm doing?
In fairness, typing "TVL summons" into google gives this excellent blog post as the first result...

Remember that is YOUR opinion and those that might know or think they do
I'm sure the many thousands or tens of thousands that have ended up in court would disagree with you

As I've already said Head in sand Does NOT work Unless you can PROVE you don't watch or recorded live tv
(Text removed by MSE forum team) This is the reason why the people keep responding to your postings as you keep misleading people with your posting. Not responding TVL letter is completely different with burying your head in the sand.
Do you have any reliable statistics showing how many people who keep ignoring the TVL letters and the one who bother responding to them thus be harassed and made busy get prosecuted ? Please keep in mind I never encourage people to evade the TV license.
This is example of your post #49 which was addressed to me but proven to be grossly misleading :...
I don't know if your aware but the TVL have the right of entry as I believe it is the only company that can do this as somewhere along the line the government made it a legal matter that allow the police to be called
The reason why people keep responding it as this thread are also read by other members ...0 -

No. It's just plain wrong. "Sticking your head in the sand" is not what having no contact is about. You need to be vigilant
And there is no question of *having* to prove your innocence, either.0
