Morning all. I'm in again, so thanks for the list which I will be following as soon as I've finished eating breakfast.

I think this thread could be really quiet next week with all the flyladies going on hols but really busy this week with all the prep!

Have a great day everyone, I'll try to post an update before the paid stuff.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Morning all - I'm in - thanks for the threads Natty and Dusty.

Before I forget - memory awful atm!!! Have a great holiday anyone who is preparing for or on one at the moment.

LKJ what is Leslie Sansone walking please?

I have done my own list on a word doc as it has three parts DS Mine and DH!!! so I won't bore you with the lot. Up early to bake a tray bake for Cancer Research shop as it is someone's birthday. Then a bit of flying this pm after an important call and pick up dear neighbour's 5 year old from school at 3. How did I find time to work!!!!

Hugs sticks and spoons to anyone needing them and welcome to any newbies and returners. xx

LKJ what is Leslie Sansone walking please?

I know your not asking me but I have used her as well. On you tube I typed in walking for weight loss and she has several workout type videos you basically speed walking on the spot and some over aerobic moves. I started with 3 miles then went up to 4 miles.

I did her videos 3-4 times a week and stuck to a healthy eating plan and in 3 months I had lost 30lbs.

Sadly DS1 has had a few health problems which makes me stressed and now I have re-gained 25lbs of it BUT I know once I am in the right frame of mind I will do it again :D

I am in this week please, thank you for the lists x

Morning everyone, been up since 5am, DS1 really suffering with skin problems caused by the heat.

So - online grocery shopping done, dishwasher on, wm on, been for a run, had brekkie and a shower and now off to get ready for work.

Must do better with the flying this week, even though its going to be busy again - I need to keep on top of things!
  • Count me in please still trying to get on top everything round here but it's getting there slowly. After following last weeks tasks (well most of them we were away at comic con in London this weekend ... Sooooo much fun!) I once again have a fully functioning kitchen and a lounge that I can walk from one side to other without falling over anything! Still PLENTY of stuff to work through, declutter and clean but it actually feels manageable instead of totally overwhelming. Thank you.
    Thanks!
