Fair play to NPower on this one in my opinion. Cough up for what you owe.

Problem is, with NPower it's often a case of "cough up even if you don't owe".

Boycott Npower, they have been sending out these letters to people who haven't been their customers for years

On the subject of misrepresentation, tooth paste adverts seem
to be on dodgy grounds these days. The person in lab coats used to start out saying "I'm not a dentist." Lately they seem to be saying they are dentists.

Once upon a time, they were not allowed to endorse products.

The funny thing is, they seem to be Indians, so maybe they are qualified dentists in India, so they can't be struck off in the UK.

really? so those childhood visits to the dentist with Colgate posters on the walls weren't an endorsement, or that visit to schools with the dreaded purple dye pill and Colgate products handed out etc etc weren't an endorsement
