  • So - whats on the agenda for today? Still no internet so snatching a few sneaky minutes from work.

Today has been another day of left overs - using a trial size bottle of shampoo and left pvers from sunday's dinner for lunch. I have also created a web page and twitter account for my facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/milliesmakes1 and the twitter account is MilliesMakes1 - I now have my second order for three bowl holders so things are looking up - a little! Not sure that I will be a millionaire yet though.

The consultancy work that came my way yesterday is nearly complete - just another 10 pages to review and then type it up into a report. Meanwhile dinner tonight is a freezer lottery special - oit looks like meatballs with baked beans that i will ahve with a jacket potato.

With a wek to go until payday my od looks like it has dropped a total of £470 since I started in mid july which I am happy about.

    Its all good folks!

  • Hooray!! It is a funny thing about money. Once you consistently start working towards making it =, and spending what you have more wisely... it comes to you far more easily. The saying "money breeds money" is really true. Very much so for me. Everytime I et a bit despondent, I try and boost my income and bit and a bit suddenly turns into a lot!

Well done on the second order and pushing things forward. Am sure that you will be a Hundredaire soon ;)

  • well - my internet is still down - very frustrating.

I have done some number crunching and think that I have broken the 2% barrier of debt repyament - it was a large amount to start off with so I am pleased with this after just two months of trying. At the moment I have high interest rates so am hoping thatbetter offers roll in as the debt mountain decreases. lower apr means faster repayments!!

I also have a couple of items on ebay which will sell this weekend - only arond £10 in total but its a little more towards part 3's raising money challenge!

This weekend sees more fiddleing with wires to return the internet (hopefully) and more crafting - along with the completion of that consultancy work - oh and a small amount of grocery shopping!

Hope you're ok otherwise :D hugs!

So - I'm back on line - hurrah! The bank balance is doing well although I haven't been able to use YNAB so much as it was difficult to reconcile the accounts. This internet absence has proofed, however, how much I must spend online - lesson learned!!

  • Hooray!!

I was only thinking of you this morning. My friend came over Saturday and begged a bowl of noodles from me. Served up in one of your lovely bowl snugglies. She loved it!

I spend so much time online and yet manage to spend very little. Mainly indoctrination really, of never spending on myself so I rarely buy things if they are not necessary and therefore cheaper online!

Glad you got some positives from being offline!!
