Well yesterday I did a 1 hour fat burner workout at the gym on the treadmill (walking) 5k and burned 500 calories
and a swim
So how righteous did I feel :rotfl:
Today I also went and did a swim as I am working a little late tomorrow so after now having my tea - why does swimming always make you starving :think: I am having a coffee and a couple of biscuits and a well earned chill before watching long lost family - tissues at the ready!
Well not a penny spent or potted either today
