    Lucyhope - sorry to hear of your tough and grim times of late - I'm sure better things are around the corner try and keep your chin up xx

    Well yesterday I did a 1 hour fat burner workout at the gym on the treadmill (walking) 5k and burned 500 calories :D and a swim
    So how righteous did I feel :rotfl:

    Today I also went and did a swim as I am working a little late tomorrow so after now having my tea - why does swimming always make you starving :think: I am having a coffee and a couple of biscuits and a well earned chill before watching long lost family - tissues at the ready!

    Well not a penny spent or potted either today ;)

    Please don't be sorry....I think a lot of us have done it when we've needed to...and at least you had the money there to use rather than putting it on a Credit Card!!


    Don't think that you can't carry on with this Challenge because you CAN and I hope you do.....Just start afresh and KEEP ON GOING!! And I know you can do it....

    Just found a 5p in my skirt pocket as I was putting it in the wash. It was shopkill I'd forgotten about. Potted now. :D
