  • Hello everyone
What a lovely friendly thread! Please can I join ready for the next challenge? I have half heartedly put pennies in a jar this year but you have shown me it can be so much more!!
I've read the first post and I'm not going to give myself a target... I'll just hope to be pleasantly surprised....
    Thanks

Your Target is the same for 2015 as it's been for this year then, lulu 92?

Thanks, I didn't think I had a target for this year? £400 would have been far too high for me this year! Going to do it properly in 2015 :)

    NB everyone!
Unlike sparky I have not been able to take any banked amounts from your sigs, I'm trusting that you'll all be able to give me the entire sums you've saved when you declare on the 27th. Thanks a lot folks. :)

Of course you can join us, Iolanthe. A very warm welcome to you. :grinheart Have fun saving, posting and enjoying the banter. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on the 2nd postof page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge. PS. We always empty our pots and declare our savings near the end of November, please make a note of this year's date: 26th Nov.

Please also subscribe to the thread by clicking on "Thread Tools" (lower green bar) and clicking "Subscribe to this thread"...or you may lose us! To put your SPC No on, go to "Quick Links" (right side of top green bar), click and then click on "Edit Signature" and you're away. ;)

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.

    Iolanthe
, if you wish, you can open up your jar of pennies and include them with this year's SPC on the 27th if you wish; if not they can certainly can be included with all your SPC savings next year. :D Start saving straight away!

Thanks for the welcome, 32b3, a shiny gold star for you. :staradmin

Your pot is just the place for your Icelandic cash, EMMAP, well done! :T
That's amazing savings for a day, Anna, great work!! :j
Roadkill total this year: a whopping £36.44 :j my reward for being sharp-eyed

I've already re-sealed the pink boot to begin saving found money for xmas 2015

It's great seeing how much other folk here have saved

VERY well saved, Electricblue!!!!! :T:j You've collected a LOAD and from the roads alone! I've barely got a thing this time round, maybe the public are learning from our superb example. BTW, you still have your old number on your siggy; I had to rearrange the numbers early this year as so many folk no longer come on MSE. So, your new No is 246, please pop it on your siggy for me. Thanks.

Good for you, lulu, have a great saving year!

Kindly ensure your correct Nos are on your siggies everyone, please!

Have a brilliant weekend, Potters, the last before the 27th!! :j

Have potted £4.35. Don't think I will be able to add much more to the pot as I am off sick from my temp job with a bug that is going around. Lost 2 days pay this week, but my health is important. The coughing is getting on my nerves.

Take great care of yourself, Kerry, rest and stay warm. Coughs are a pest as there's little that can be done for them, cough syrup (not a great deal of good) sips of water, sweets to lubricate the throat is about the best you can do to help yourself. Don't worry about your pot as I'm sure it's been extremely well fed. :grinheart Look after yourself and here are a few {{{hugs}}}.

A good day, scotmumof3, you're doing well, keep at it.

A good idea, 32b3, sounds as though it'll be a marathon task. ;)

Yep, I reckon your lapse qualifies for baby brain, Hicks, you've got excitement every way you look, enjoy it and look forward to the possibility of your prediction being right. :D

  • Hello

It is so close to counting day - very exciting.....Everyone seems to be doing so well and I think I need to rethink how I do it next year as I am sure I could put more away....

What happens about joining again next year? Does your number roll over or do we start again? Anyway as you can tell Sue-UU I am keen to join again starting on Friday for 2015 and will gladly add whatever number you give me to my signature which I plan to update on Friday with the NEW total.....

Thanks for all the encouragement along the way. Know I don't update this thread but I am always lurking and smiling at how well everyone is doing.... xx

    Happy potting
