Needed fuel for the car, DH went to pull into the local garage and I made him carry on and go to Mr T instead (as we were going right past it anyway!), Diesel was 6p a litre cheaper and I had a 6p off a litre saving on my card so saved a whopping £5.32 by making him drive 10 mile down the road  So into the pot that money has gone! :D

Plus a lovely shiny £2 coin from the ladies at the post office as well.

Hi all, a lovely day here before the rain...then the cold sets in. Not to worry, we have our pots to keep thinking about, or.....more to the point what's in them!!

    Re contact with sparky:

Just to let everyone know, I e-mailed sparky on the 16th September and so far haven't had a reply. Still, I shan't give up hope that he'll be posting here either with loads of excuses or reasons...I really don't mind either....as it would just be great to see him. Here's hoping folks, but please be assured that I've got things covered IF he doesn't return.

Excellent work in being in on the next marathon, Indie Kid, we shall all be rooting for you! :D

Brilliant work with your potting, Lost!! :j

You and your OH are a very canny couple, Ruth, great savings on those pots.

Have a GREAT WEEKEND, Sealed potters, stay saving hard....with just 8 weeks to go!! forums.moneysavingexpert.com:D
