Feeling better today, thoughand so far I have
- finished and sent a very long email
- done WMx3 and hung out
- sorted diary dates with DH
- got him to take down the DR curtains
- cleaned all the gungy bits in the bathroom
- started a shopping list including batteries
- unwrapped my new Opera Choruses book for Choral Society
- sorted out some more things in the study
- checked finances and found that I am £70 better off than I thought
- spent some of that on some more plants - special offers only :money: and all resistant to slugs
Lunch now, then meeting and shopping.0 -

Been tetrissng for two hours so far, mounds more stuff will be leaving the house today, some useful stuff (carp to me, tho') will be fleabay'd and I can see the box of paperwork I just knew had to be lurking up there! It will take me quite some time and effort to tetris my way to it, but what joy!
It's stinking hot here, and the attic is doubling, rather effectively, as a sauna.Better is good enough.0 -
I've been done. It was awful
. Apparently I have some cervical erosion. Lovely. Now all crampy and feel Yick. I have hung out the first load of sheets on the line as they weren't done before I left. Next load twirling now.
I have just had lunch and an entire packet of Christmas German biscuits. Am going to have to go and lie down because I feel truly awful. Do you think the housework goddess will smite me if I just lie a sheet across my bed and put a duvet cover/ blanket over me? I may just expire if I have to actually MAKE the damn thing before I get into it

Get yourself onto that bed PDQ, take some parrots and sleep yourself better, Kaz. Forget about making the bed first.0 -
Healing, pain-free vibes, Kaz. Jilly Cooper mentioned the stiff kiss of wool blankets some years ago, so you are not alone in not having the energy to actually make the thing before climbing into it.Better is good enough.0

Aww bless you Kaz and Mrs MP and her MIL too xxx
We've done not a lot. I'm shattered too. My eyes feel like they might pop out of my head. Hoping FIL arrives in time for school run as DD doesn't want to move either.
I've packed their sleepover bags and done one wash that's out on the line.
Ahh, FIL is here!Bossymoo
