    Not long enough.

Whatever the length of time/number of posts are required it's shrouded in mystery and I am sure I read somewhere that like the number of "expired" hits required to send something to game over it they don't want it revealed.

I think it's after you've posted a certain number of regular posts - but opinion seems to be that there's no set number - could be 10, could be more or less.

hi, MSE don't let on when you're allowed to post live links,
    it's generally between 10-20 though :)
if you search the Site Feedback

with ' how long before i can post links '

you'll find lots of answers for the subject,

So - on the Mag Dailies - sometimes you see a competition that looks like it's been put there twice. For instance at the moment the Ritz overnight stay and the Command Bathrooms one both appear twice. I would like to know if this is a mistake or is it on purpose? To me it makes no sense for it not to be a mistake - otherwise why wouldn't they just clarify within the text that there are, say, two prizes or whatever.
Gut feeling says it can't be right - in which case it's a mistake and one that's making everything look untidy. There is nothing pleasing about this!:rotfl::rotfl:

At what point does a noobie stop being a noobie and is allowed to post links? ... Is it a time thing or a post count thing?

Keep finding good comps but can't post them because I can't post a link ... or I could if I stopped it looking like a link, but then it's just annoying to everyone else.

It shouldn't be there twice for the SAME mag but the same prize is often on several mags
