Another thing that's been low-level puzzling me - Do people receive WEMs at weekends? Only IWIWIW seems to tick over so I guess they must?

I once to got a WEM for a NY holiday in the middle of the weekend.It arrived in my inbox in the early hours of Sunday morning.

there are a few comps who notify on weekends - back in march I won 2 things - wems arrived saturday & sunday of the same weekend

I wonder if the Cavendish Hotel has any guests that pay to stay there, rather than having won a competition. Most of the competitions that I see that include an overnight stay, the accommodation seems to be at the Cavendidsh Hotel :rotfl:

Maybe the Cavendidsh Hotel is haunted and owned by blood thirsty vampires who run comps to pull in free guests so they can kill them and eat them whilst they sleep! Just think of all the horror movies that are based on haunted hotels......So think carefully before you enter to win a stay at The Cavendidsh Hotel of Horror!!!!

I've wondered for a while now why hardly anybody enters the MCFC competitions? Apart from the obvious that they do not like football/the team itself, what stops them from entering for generally great prizes? The website seems legit etc, and has puzzled me for ages as regulars enter for other more obscure comps/sites than this. Am I right to be put off entering by this low count of entries, or am I missing something?:)

I wonder why almost every ITV winner who is interviewed on Good Morning Britain claims 'I've never won a competition before!' Yeah right we believe you! They are probably compers just like us!
