British Passport Services scam

Morning Hpuse, every single person who defended the court claim (that I know about/were on LB) won their case, or Mr Howard discontinued before the court hearing. There have been no new court claims since Trading Standards stepped in.

.... NOT A SINGLE ONE BPS forthcoming Hearings

There are no pending court hearings ( basically, we're done )

HOWEVER, criminal proceedings continue TS v Mr Howard - and there is the small matter of around 25000 customers who paid, and 750 odd court claims which either went to a default judgment or were paid on receipt because consumers didn't know to defend.
