I FINALLY got a text today saying my mortgage offer docs are in the post. That's after my application was keyed on 1/7/14 (and actually put in online a couple of days before that).
From their website it also looks like they might be starting to catch up on the paperwork a bit. So good luck everyone!Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?

This is good to know. Our buyer has taken out a post office mortgage and we are tearing our hair out waiting for some news.
Offer was made on house in June and valuer visited our property 23rd July. Lets hope it's getting close.0 -

We've just had a letter today saying that band of Ireland are going to take an enlarged payment for the first payment as that includes interest for the first month. This is the first we've heard of it!
