I FINALLY got a text today saying my mortgage offer docs are in the post. That's after my application was keyed on 1/7/14 (and actually put in online a couple of days before that).

From their website it also looks like they might be starting to catch up on the paperwork a bit. So good luck everyone!

    We completed on Friday.

27th June - 5th September (with 8 days for renegotiation)

    Good luck everyone.

Dynite, once you sent your signed mortgage offer back did you have any further documentation from them after that?

We didn't, sent offer back and that's it. Just signed contracts now waiting to exchange.

Thank you. I have been worried I should be expecting something else, and as their website is saying they are looking at post being received on the 15th August. Panic over.
  • Just been asked what completion date we would like from Post Office!

Survey went through and valued at offer
  • We've just had a letter today saying that band of Ireland are going to take an enlarged payment for the first payment as that includes interest for the first month. This is the first we've heard of it!

    Not happy at all.

How much more re a percentage?

I have had enough of PO and would rather use another lender just to avoid a shambolic organisation
