No problem using 2 Sun vouchers and a £3 off £40 spend voucher. Cut the order into three, with £41 of normal shopping, and 2 fruit and veg shops of just over £5 each. Just used the customer dividers to separate the shopping into three and had the vouchers ready for each pile - simple.

Will they let you do this or will they get funny about you splitting the transactions out.

It will be down to the member of staff, can always ask before they start scanning the stuff.

    I've been Money Tipped!
When you have to spend week in, week out only sticking to the cheapest apples, bananas and value veg, believe me this comes as a very welcome offer. We have fruit in our fridge that my kids could only dream of.....melon, strawberries, cherries, grapes, pears, cooking apples to make a lovely crumble from.

I don't enjoy having to buy the Sun but feel it's not fair pass my distaste of the paper onto them and make them miss out.

Bless you and a few other posters.
Yes, take advantage and treat your kids for next to nothing.

You've actually made my day, thank you.

You don't have to think of it as buying the Sun, rather just buying a £5 voucher for 40p. Throw the paper away without reading if wanted.

Hopefully, a few more offers like this will come along.

    Take care.

my fruit and veg came to 4.95............along with a few other bits, I handed the voucher in and only 4.95 was deducted, not even the extra 5p of the rest of the shopping.

so I don't understand how others are buying other stuff with it.

please don't discuss ways of abusing the voucher on the thread. This is a very good offer and it will help many people, please keep to the topic and keep discussions within the spirit of the deal. Thanks.

Did they scan the voucher or did they key in £4.95? The voucher scans at £5.
