My mainstay for a crowd after night before is....Breakfast pie!

Make it the day before and heat up on the morning.

I use sausages sliced up (fried off before), same with bacon, and mushrooms, tomatoes, black and white pudding (fried off first too, it's an Irish thing!) slice in a tin or two of baby spuds. Throw all this into as many eggs as you think you need.

Pour into oven dish or foil tray and into the oven for twenty five minutes or so, depending on how big it is!

Next morning, into oven to heat up.

Orange juice, toast and cereal also available.

    Hassle free and so yum!

I love this idea! Thank you, definitely something to consider. All the elements of traditional breakfast, much easier.

If they eat at different times would it stand up to being sliced at reheated in individual slices, is it 'stable' enough? :)

Yes it would, and I've done it! It's like a crustless quiche or frittata for all the world. Firm enough like they are, if you can picture that.

So when cooked in the BIG dish and cooled down, you can portion it out and reheat as the hangover heads need it!

Accompanied by soda bread dripping in real butter and tomato sauce on the side....er...I'm getting the munchies now!

You could always add some baked beans aswell for more bulk, but I don't bother.

It's the prep that takes a bit of time, but once it's all done...it's done!

BTW, I just googled, and this is what it looks like, except there are more ingredients, and probably more eggs too!
