Doesn't sound like anyone will starve. I would go small rolls / bagels/ bread and toaster out with ham, cheese, pickle, philadelphia, tomato, lettus, cooked cold streaky bacon, some fruit, fruit juice, tea/coffee and a blueberry muffin. Oh and croissons. Think its more now what to choose so you don't have too many leftovers!

Just thinking sliced boiled egg could do for 'make it yourself' rolls/ sandwiches.

I'm not too worried about leftovers tbh. What doesn't freeze can often be turned into stuff that does, and what doesn't of that can be our food over the next day or two :)

( have discovered savoury muffins freeze and rewarm very nicely!).

But salmon, for example freezes, bacon does, juice does, waffles would I'm pretty sure.

I'd be happy with a nice bacon roll - cook the bacon in the oven and leave it in to stay warm. Nice fresh bread. DIY when they want it.

I once made some bacon/maple syrup muffins - they were really good! Salty bacon and sugar rush from the syrup. I'm sure there's a recipe online ... I must have found it somewhere!

Although, when I was younger and used to get really hungover, the only thing I could face was a Foxes Glacier Mint and lots more sleep.

I might be too late with this, but breakfast burritos are a good idea. I can't post a link but if y ou search on food.com there is a good one which has oamc in the title (that's once a month cooking) these can be frozen and reheated in the microwave.

    Thanks.

    We don't use a microwave:o.

I once did a cooked breakfast for about 12 hung-over men. Careful planning was required as I only have a two bedroomed flat with a very small kitchen.

I cooked everything the previous day: bacon, sausages, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns. It all went in the oven to warm over while I got the teas and coffees made, then the toast on the go. I was too hungover myself to mess about frying eggs . They were welcome to make their own but none of them were up to it either.

They might have been extremely polite but they all seemed very pleased with the offerings.

It needs to be emphasised here: men like meat. Breakfast means bacon and sausages. Hangover means cooked breakfast.

My mainstay for a crowd after night before is....Breakfast pie!

Make it the day before and heat up on the morning.

I use sausages sliced up (fried off before), same with bacon, and mushrooms, tomatoes, black and white pudding (fried off first too, it's an Irish thing!) slice in a tin or two of baby spuds. Throw all this into as many eggs as you think you need.

Pour into oven dish or foil tray and into the oven for twenty five minutes or so, depending on how big it is!

Next morning, into oven to heat up.

Orange juice, toast and cereal also available.

    Hassle free and so yum!
