I took code to use in store -they said it wasnt possible to use the code !

I used one yesterday. Not sure if I needed to spend it all. I didn't so will see if I get the balance next time.

I have bought 2 of these - 1 for me and 1 for DH. Although there was a problem with everyone being given the same code, I received an email with a new code very quickly.


I have used one without any problem but still have the other to use. I did try buying a gift voucher with it but they wouldn't allow that - not really surprising!


You do have to spend the full value of your code in one transaction as it states that Collection Codes are single use.

Are you saying that the code wouldn't work or that Argos just would not accept it?


If it was the code that didn't work, were you using the second one sent to you as the same code was sent to everyone initially? I received an email from MD after a couple of days giving a new corrected code.


You do have to spend the whole £10 in one purchase so this could be another reason why your code was rejected.

I tried to use my code in 2 Argos stores but they said it was producing an error or was invalid. I have tried 3 times to email Mighty Deals about this but cannot get a response from them. They also use Feefo to review the deal (by emailing customers after purchase) and when I looked into it at the time of leaving the review, they are getting a lot of irate customers for this deal!!! Still awaiting a reply from them for my 3rd email...

i've tried 3 different cards to try and buy this deal - it won't accept any of them

I complained to Argos who told me that the issue was a '0' was missing off the beginning of the code and that it should be 10 digits, whereas mine was 9. Not tried to re-use it yet but i'm hoping the problem has been resolved!

It states that the limit is 1 voucher per person. Has anyone tried to pay using 2 vouchers.... with 2 people having 1 voucher each at the same time?

Or is it actually 1 voucher per transaction?
