My code, issued yesterday, doesn't begin with a 0 but is 10 digits.

Hi I got my argos code went to argos today tried to use it , it was invalid or showing up as a error , emailed MD awaiting a reply already put off now using MD ever again ! upto 2 working days to receive a reply apparently :-( ! my code is 10 digit's but doesnt start with a 0 .... people whom were successful how many digits did your code have and what number did it start with ?

Anytime I went back to use mine today and as predicted, it was down to the missing digit. All done and dusted now. Good luck with yours KxMx

I applied for this Argos voucher yesterday and the process went like clockwork. At the same time, I reserved the Jamie Oliver funky knife set at my local Argos which was also mentioned in Martins weekly e-mail this week. (Reduced from £25.00 to £9.99)
As stated by Mighty Deals, the code was e-mailed to me exactly 24 hours after applying for it and with this I was able to purchase what was originally a £25 knife set for £5.00. A double winner - I'm delighted.

Having reads these messages it may be worth clarifying that the first e-mail that you receive after 24 hours contains a 9 digit voucher code. This can be very confusing as if you read on you must click back into the MD site with this 9 digit code in order to receive the actual 10 digit code that can then be used at Argos. I hope this may help.

I can confirm the claim that an email containing the argos voucher will be sent to the customer in 24 hours after purchase is simply not true. therefore I am afraid whether it is a genuine deal remains very much to be seen despite some posted here to say they were successful - it may be a matter of luck.
