    Once we email you your Mighty Deals code an you redeem, you will be sent your Argos Code straight away. Please check your junk folder as well in case it went in there.

    Some customers have accidently taken their Mighty Deals code in Argos rather than their Argos code.

    If anyone does have any problems, please email customerfeedback@mightydeasls.co.uk, or for a quicker response create a ticket online and our CS team will respond.

    I logged in to redeem my Tesco voucher today to be told I hadn't purchased any deals, despite having the confirmation email.

    Funny thing is, raising a support ticket gave me the option to select the voucher as "is this what you are having trouble with?"

    I got my code, went into Argos and was told they have never heard of Mightydeals codes and refused to accept it. I have emailed Mightydeals 3 times now and still no response. I will never use Mightydeals again. Their customer service is useless.

    Ianwzzz, can you please also email customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk and we will also resolve this for you. We worked directly with Argos head office on this deal. As they have so many stores we have been told some stores did not hear about the promotion, however ALL Argos codes will be accepted. Some customers took the Mighty Deals code in by mistake, but whatever has happened here we will resolve it for you.

    Thanks for the response. My support ticket was actually answered to my satisfaction and my refund is being processed. I says it can take "up to" 7-10 days which seems an inordinately long time. 7 working days, even if the refund was processed today, takes me up until the 5th of August and if it takes the maximum amount of 10 working days, i'm not likely to see any money until the 11th of August which is two and a half weeks away.

    I fully understand you have to say "7-10" days due to banking procedures, but is it more realistic to assume it'll be in my account sometime towards the end of next week ?

    For worldpay refunds, we do need to advise 7 to 10 working days. Paypal is a lot quicker, however you should see the refund within 3 to 5 days at the latest.

    I ordered the £10 Tesco giftcard for £5 offer on Tuesday 22nd July and the card has just arrived in the post today Saturday 26th July.

    The code that was emailed to me was only 9 digit long. Customer services kept saying code is right! I emailed the twitter email id found on this forum. They emailed back asking to write to Argos Business Customer service. Within 24 hrs of doing this, I got an email giving the correct 10 digit code (missing 0 in the beginning of code). So basically, mighty deals customer service knows nothing.
