here is a follow-up to my previous post.
1. mightydeal should have stated more accurately that the code would be sent in 1 to 2 days (or whatever the maximum days it may required), as I finally saw it when I logged into my acct.
2. it's a 9 letters & numbers combination under the title of Voucher Code which I later found out should have read Vouch Redeem Code.
3. this is the crucial bit: click on the View Vouch green button on the right, then click Open Vouch at the bottom. Under the How to redeem heading, copy & paste the URL link to your browser, then follow the instruction.
4. two emails will be sent to you immediately, one confirming vouch successfully redeemed, the other is the vouch with the 10 digit code in it.
There is no email for the redeem code. I only saw it in my acct this morning two days after purchase. It was not there last night.
I then reserved items from Argos website and went to the designated Argos shop, showed at the till the reservation number & the vouch to the cashier. All done. There is no minimum order amount as I only bought just over £10 in my order, which is good (so thank you!), albeit mightydeals should have made the info a bit clearer.0 -

I literally had nothing but issues with mine, i ended up just getting a refund, it was nothing but hassle x0

for everyone saying that they haven't had replies to emails, i found the best option to be messaging them through facebook - i was getting replies within hours!0

first and last time I will deal with this company!! I have tried twice to follow the instructions to 'redeem my voucher' but am getting nothing back. The website wont let me 'create a ticket' so I emailed them at customer support address and received automated reply to say I must create a ticket it wont let me. I've now emailed customer support email address given earlier in the thread. Far too much hassle to save £5!!0

Hmmm.. I paid for this this morning and I've not yet received the confirmation of payment. It showed me the code, but now it's disappeared and it disn't work anyway. I'm fuming now as it says that I've not purchased any deals, even tho I have, and it won't let me submit a ticket.. I know it's only a fiver, but on princible, I want it to work.. but if I can't contact them then it's an utter scam.Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE

Had an email from Quidco offering a Tesco £10 for £5. I noticed HUKD refuses to list their deals due to problems in the past. Think I will give this a bit of a wide berth.......0

I have the same issue. The Argos code I have received is just not working. I have contacted the twitter mail id given in this forum and also customer service. They keep saying the code is valid but the store staff cannot use it. Really frustrated. Would not recommend or use Mighty Deals again
