Love hearing about the excitement of your love life kadison

How awful about your daughter shandy - very glad to hear she made a full recovery.

Hope you feel better soon Clutterfree

Welcome future dreams, nice to have you with us :)

I'm not that bothered about getting the Clinique Chubby sticks with Glamour now but can't seem to stop looking?! It is like an addiction! I have looked in so many places in various locations but none are to be found. I have a few already and barely use them so goodness knows why I keep looking for the magazine :rotfl:

Can't believe the weekend is nearly over already :( goes far too quickly.

    1 UU -

127 - The Sanctuary Body Lotion 75ml - WMBA, prefer the body butter version

    and 1 IN -

126 - Bourjois velvet matte lip thingy in the nude shade

Hi Lynseydee thanks for your advice earlier. I'll look up what you said and see if Mum would be willing to talk to a solicitor. She's got a big meeting with them tomorrow so we'll see if anything good or bad transpires!

Have you been using products such as Johnson's baby or have you been using paraben free products on your son/daughter?
If it's the former I would say if they don't have sensitive/eczema prone skin then you would be ok to use normal bath stuff on them, but just see how you go. If you've been trying to use chemical free products then perhaps continue with that.
My 5 year old used to have Earth friendly baby and Burts Bees products and such like but now he has a shower every day he just uses what i've got to use up. Poor fella is helping me use up my Soap & Glory shower gel at the moment haha can't WAIT to get that used up I'm so fed up of the smell :rotfl: he doesn't seem to mind/notice that it's pink lol

    Good luck to your mum.

I used various "baby" type products on him, Johnsons being one of them. In my "shopping basket" I've got some Tesco Loves Baby in there. He doesn't seem to have sensitive skin so was just wondering when you stopped buying baby type products and letting them use "normal" stuff.
    Did owe £9,951.96

  • Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.Have been decorating all day so have just had a lovely shower and used lots of products.
Goal for the week is to get all products together, sort them into baskets for body, hair, skincare and mani/pedi. Plan then is to make a list and cross a few items off each week.

Hi everyone! I have been amiss this month up till now as I've been on holiday! Took minis with the expectation I'd have lots of UU but the only UU I actually had was a perfume sample and I can't remember if I've already nipped on and declared it! Hope everyone's having a good month x

Ok, so I've just checked and I hadn't updated my one UU of the month so.....

UU no 1/ valentines by Valentino sample (2mls?). Quite like this but I have TONS of diff perfumes ATM and have another sample to UU too so will decide if I'd buy after that's UU

Hope you had a great holiday sjprmc, where did you go?

Your poor mum citygirl, hope that she can get some support and advice. It is awful when you are going through something like that, work can have such a big impact on you outside of work too.

Has anyone else been tempted by the Glamour LIB box? I keep looking at it. I have never bought a beauty box before!

    Hello and welcome FutureDreams! :)
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/
  • Hello everyone. I've been MIA for a bit and I haven't had a chance to read the last of Junes thread or any of htis one, so "Hi" to all the newbies and *hugs* to anyone who needs them!!

Right, have a few UUs to declare - technically a couple of these were June's, but I cba to make two posts lol.

Nivea Double Effect deo roll WBA HG

Clarins Multi Active Day/Night Cream - 5ml each WNBA - these were samples, probably didn't have enough to discern any real effect, but they were nothing special

Sanctuary Spa Body Butter 100ml WBA I love this stuff. Loads more in the stash though!

Where nice have you been, sjprmc?!

I am celebrating the UU that is the World Cup! Just the cricket and the baseball to contend with chez Whizz. And the Aussie rules, and just about any other sport you think of, for the rest of the summer. My DH is a pain but I do love him ;)

I'm getting an iPad Air for my birthday, roll on the end of the month, I can feel a Netflix subscription coming on :D
  • Hi everyone, and welcome FutureDreams!

1 boring UU this weekend. Head & shoulders shampoo. Bought this when I was trying to fade a hair colour. Since getting a colour I've liked it was relegated to washing hair brushes with. I've got so much hair stuff, I need some more UUs!!!
    No more goo hoarding!

A quick question. Those of you with children of toddler age, do you still buy baby wash and bubble bath. The only reason I'm asking is I've just added baby bubble bath to my shopping but thought if I could start using the stuff my husband and I use it would certainly help towards the stash.

Or should I carry on buying his own stash?

I used baby products for a long, long time but never Johnsons. I used a bubble bath from the supermarket but can't remember the name, it was a white bottle with blue writing and it was very good, it was something like Infaderm. My DD has eczema but I think I would still have carried on with the gentle stuff even if she hadn't. Maybe you could just use the most gentle products you have in the stash and see how you go, the first non baby thing I used on my children was Imperial Leather Family Kind shower gel.

No uu to report and no ins which is good.
