Lancome bi-facil eye make-up remover - WDBA HG - gutted this has gone as i'm making myself use up the nivea eye make-up remover before I buy anymore Lancome! £21 is steep but it just works so well and so quickly.
I also have an IN, although it's not been purchased recently
bnatural baby body lotion - bought this for DS ages ago as it was RTC at about 80p but we never used it so thought i'd use it up. DS runs a mile and hides if i mention the word 'lotion' :rotfl:....seems he hasn't inherited his mother's love of goo:)0 -
Dolly - I know it is ridiculous that we can't return cosmetics. Some products won't suit people. I am glad that I got some money back on it via ebay but would have much preferred to get all my money back.
I don't like using ebay much either. Am having a massive clear out though and some stuff I don't want to sell for really cheap at a car boot.0 -
gave away a soap and glory righteous body butter to a work colleague - me being nice for one and its not as if i'll miss it0

Ooops! I'm on the naughty step...
I spotted a REN 'Holiday Essentials' set in the John Lewis sale. (It popped up in one of those sidebar adverts.) I bought it for the BB cream. It was £25 and the BB cream is usually £26. These were the extras:
REN Satin Perfection BB Cream, 50ml
REN Rosa Cenifolia Express Make-Up Remover, 50ml
REN Vita Mineral Daily Supplement Moisturising Cream, 15ml
REN Vita Mineral Lip Balm, 15ml
REN Vita Mineral Active 7 Eye Gel, 3ml
I'm looking forward to trying the lip balm and the express make-up remover. I know I'm not that fussed about the moisturiser or the eye gel but they will get used up (eventually :rotfl:)0 -
I can't remember who asked me about the Nars radiant creamy concealer (Sorry!)
I'm not massively impressed with this either, for the price anyway. It is nice and feels quite moisturising. Does't seem to crease either and is good coverage for spots. Not so great under the eyes though IMO, not as much coverage as the collection one? It would be nice for less money :rotfl:
I will UU but won't buy again, would just get the collection one.
Don't seem to be having much luck with Nars products!!0 -
Nothing toiletries related to report but we got the date sorted, phew. Now just all the other organising to get on with:)Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
That's excellent news seaside dreamer - really pleased for you. How long to go is it?
I have just had it re-emphasised to me about how much I fall for the hype around stuff. Bought the new una brennan superfacialist salicylic acid mask the other day, just looked at the ingredients and they are pretty much identical to the other una brennan clay mask which contains salicylic acid anyway!! Looks like the same amount too as the list of ingredients is in the same order. Luckily I like the other clay mask and have nearly UU anyway.
Dread to think how much money I have wasted.
Sorry for the influx of posts - I am clearly in a reflective mood!0 -
