    Do you have an email address I can email you on as I am going round and round in circles trying to complain with the contact centres and am having to repeat myself.

  • Hi Lee, this has been going on for nearly a month now. Two payments have come out of my account to Vodafone. I've been told it is being investigated but no one seems interested. I should add I do not have a vodafone account nor have I ever had one. The stores have been helpful but hearing nothing from head office who have my contact details.

    Hope you can help.

  • Today I started out as a happy Vodafone customer, trying to find some information out. 2.5 hours later, after being told various things, being hung up on multiple times and having to ask for an apology from the customer service rep, I finally caved in and decided to cancel my upgrade/contract. Only upon this did I get through to a nice lady who tried to talk me out of it. The rest could't care less, one even told me that as I had applied for an upgrade, it would help in my case to get one. I thought it worked thus: I pay money, Vodafone give service?

    Anyhow did anyone every find an email? I tried to get an email from one rep, but his English was so poor I couldn't understand him, despite asking him to repeat the email multiple times. It was something like: customerhelp@vodafone.co.uk

    Does that sound like anything anyone else has been given?

    I'm giving it 2 weeks and my contract is being cancelled and I'm going anywhere except Vodafone, but as the customer service was so poor I want to make a complaint.
  • Don't bother trying to contact anyone at Vodafone! I'm sad to say that I have emailed Vodafone using the MSE forum reference regarding receiving no signal in my home, all I got was an email reply that in my opinion read as it was just a standard script!

    Ive spent another painful hour on the phone to customer services, been passed to 3 different departments and not one person I spoke to today seemed to care about how they were treating me as a customer!

    Ive also filled out the contact form via thof Vodafone website - which supposedly goes through to the CEO's team - I specifically stated in my email to them not to call me with regards to my complaint as I do not receive a shred of mobile signal in my home (exactly what I'm complaining about) but they ignored this and guess what... Tried to call, left me a voicemail saying they tried to call but when I ask to be transferred to the 'customer relations team' I am told that's not possible because they will only speak to me via web chat?!...

    I give up with this absolutely useless network..

    There must be something that can be done?!
  • Since cancelling my upgrade today Vodafone have managed to:

    Increase my bill to the upgraded price plan, remove my benefits and cancel Spotify, despite both contracts having it included. And then still not be aware that my new phone never arrived.

    8 calls over 3.5 hours today! 1 wasted day waiting in. And all I got for my trouble was £15 on top of my normal bill!!

    They have said to call back tomorrow, I will try to get confirmation of an email.

    after nearly a month of being messed about on the phone and being told my order was at local branch 3 times(which it wasn't). I was told I would get a refund for all the hassle and then 2 weeks later and I still hadn't been refunded. then customer relations tell me I was not meant to have a refund. I put in a complaint to head office which was recd 1/12/15. I'm still awaiting acknowledgment of that complaint. I had an absolute nightmare with Vodafone, I don't even care about the refund- I just wouldn't want any one to go through the hassle I went through for nearly a month to get a phone.
    the live chat is a complete waste of time, telephony staff just pass the buck to another department. customer relations tried to help but just gave incorrect info to me contstantly. I was promised a call back on 6 separate occasions and I never got one. disgraceful customer services....
    if Vodafone rep can email me I would appreciate it.
