Hi,
Sorry I disappeared for so long again. My laptop broke earlier this week and I still haven't had time to take it to be repaired, I've been that busy lately.
The session I had with the woman via Skype was really helpful. It took a little while for me to notice it because it wasn't what I was expecting and didn't affect me in the way that I thought it would. I was expecting a boost to my productivity similar to the one that I get after listening to my motivation mp3. Instead, I'm no longer getting the days of very little motivation stretching on and on. I always feel able to do something every day, even if it isn't a huge amount.
I've even gone back to work again. :j It's just a little cleaning job, less hours than my last job and it has caused a little of my anxiety to come back but nowhere near the levels that I had in my last job. It's a key holder position so I can just let myself into the building any time after everyone has gone which is pretty much perfect for getting myself back into the swing of working again.
The Anxiety UK referral was really quick, I heard back from my new hypnotherapist within two days of having sent the forms back! :j I met her on Weds just gone and she explained how the sessions would work. My first proper session is this Weds coming up. I know I shouldn't pin all my hopes on one person but I'm really looking forward to being able to work full time (or close to it) without that horrible feeling of panic before I go out of the door, sometimes keeping me from leaving at all. I've got big plans for my future wages but that's a whole, 'nother story.
Anyway, there's only one item on my list tonight as I need to go to bed soon. My anxiety hypnotherapist has sent me an mp3 to listen to before bed on Thurs and I still haven't listened to it yet. So, for tonight:
Listen to anxiety mp3.
I'll see if I can come back tomorrow with a full list.

I haven't put together any lists since my last post so need to getb back to doing that. Maybe I should put on my list to keep doing a list!
I find it interesting what you have said about the motivation mp3 as I do struggle with mine. If you could share whereabouts you got it from that would be appreciated.
I am hungover today so I think it will be another unproductive day for me I'm afraid. Although I am playing football later after a week of no exercise due to a sore back.LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

I have been missing from the thread due to packing for house move, and mega upset with my ex. It has ended up with him keeping the dog (we originally got the dog together, then when we split he said I could have her. Now he has realised I am not going to get back together with him, due to me moving further away, he is keeping the dog.) So I have had several days of crying, not sleeping properly and not getting anything done, but I am feeling a little better now.
I now realise he was using the dog as another way to manipulate me. When I have moved and settled in, I will look at getting a rescue dog.
I only have one item on my list at the moment.
- Get through house move next week! The last week has been really stressful and I can't wait to get moved in to the house at the beginning of the week, and then hand the keys to the flat back at the end of the week.
I will not have any internet for two weeks from Monday, so will come back and update when I can borrow a connection.0 -

I got mine from here. I hope it helps.
I don't know when I'll be able to get back into posting regularly, I'm afraid. I've had someone have a look at my laptop and they said it's a hard drive problem. They were quoting me £150 minimum to fix it. :eek:I could buy a new laptop for not much more than that so I'm on the lookout for a decent deal on one.
I had an interview at McDonalds today. I think I answered all the questions ok, especially as some of them were weird ones like, "Who do you know who you respect the most?" and stuff like that. I really hope I get it as I'll have a lot more money then. Although on the other hand, I'm kinda worried that it might be too much for me. But I won't really know until I try it. Anyway, I'll find out tomorrow evening one way or another so there's no point worrying about it, I can't change anything now.

Well once again it is Monday and I feel pretty low, I hope it is just the Monday blues but I think it might have something to do with what happened over the weekend. Not sure I feel like sharing what happened at the moment but just feels like it has knocked my confidence.
My list for today;
Transfer my mobile dd to another account that now receives cashback - Tried to but bank card is not registered at same address as my phone so had to phone bank to get that changed. Will try again tonight
[STRIKE] Enter comps[/STRIKE] - Done
[STRIKE] Early night[/STRIKE] - Didn't get to sleep until midnight so didn't hit my 11 o'clock target
Was going to go to the gym but didn't bring my kit to work with me so tomorrow will hopefully be my first time there in a couple of weeks.LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.
