I really miss my matched betting, trying to find a nice arb. Won't be able to do that again though unfortunately.

Oh, how come? Sorry if it's too personal, I'm afraid I'm a bit nosy. :rotfl:

It's fine I have talked about it on here quite openly before. At the back end of 2011 I was signed off off with depression and started to gamble online and play slots and then roulette.

It wasn't a problem to start with but it soon got way out of hand and ended up losing all my savings in one night. I ended up chasing to try and win it back so the bets got bigger and bigger and is the sole reason why I am now in debt. I ended up taking an overdose as I couldn't see a way out and I really was at rock bottom, which I now realise was a stupid and selfish thing to do but that was just how bad things had become in my head.

I am now a month away from being two years off gambling and in a much better place, although as I have mentioned in this thread I still have very low days but that is still a world away from where I was. So now you know!

Muhren - congratulations on almost two years gambling free. :)

Kayleigh - Hope you are successful with getting some more hypnosis. Have you heard of Joseph Clough? I am on his mailing list and he sends out free video/audio via email. I would like to buy his book when finances allow. I am also on a couple of life coach email lists. I'm not in a position to pay for coaching at present, but the email advice is generally quite useful.

I was updating my Lovefilm rental list earlier and realised I have had the same two rentals since June :o One I am waiting to watch with my Mum as we missed it at the cinema, the other is being watched over the weekend and posted back!

Didn't help that I was shattered when I got in from work and fell asleep for a couple of hours.

I have done something to my back either playing football or at the gym so need to rest it for a bit, so no exercise this week. I am struggling to think of anything to put down on my list for today so will have to come back to it I think.
