I am about to spend about £1600 on an Estate Agent who has done F*** all if that counts

    Made me lol
  • Ha!! This has really brightened up my evening!

I have wasted so much money on so many things including hideous clothes! One of the "best" outfits consisted of a white mini skirt, a lime green top with MASSIVE collars, matching lime green wedges and a matching lime green bobble!! The whole outfit cost about £200 and I didn't get to wear it as I was grounded by the time the "party" came around (I was about 16) The £90 brown and purple cat suit is also up there!!

I have a self imposed ban from entering craft shops. I can easily blow hundreds in an hour. I must have thousands of pounds worth of crafting items in the attic.

Then there is the money I like to spend on candles, bedding, kitchen items and anything else that that will make my house pretty or mylife easier. I have an amazing gizmo that helps me turn cucumbers into pretty spirals!!

Apart from smoking for 40 years and now suffering the dentists bill - agh!
It seemed like a good idea when the youngest was a star trek fan, to get the magazine each week.
Once you start you have to carry on, then get the folders, and they extend it etc. so it cost hundreds in the end and he got rid of it the other year for pennies.

    £10,000 on smoking -

Smoked from 17-30, gave up 10 years ago - biggest waste of money ever! I noticed the other day in tesco - 8.66 for 20 b&h now

Think about it - you hand over a tenner - you get £1 change....

May as well set fire to a ten pound note every day -

    I hadn't thought of that one-you're right.

I smoked for about 11-12 years, but stopped in 2000.I dread to think of how much that all came to.I was a 20 a day smoker.I would even buy cigarettes over food when skint.

Crazy.Every day still I feel proud that I stopped.
