So in a crisis, follow the rat.
Reminds me of the tactic supposedly used by some tribes during drought. They would capture a monkey, rub salt on its lips for a day, then release it while the tribe's fastest sprinter follows it to wherever it finds a drink. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

I have a cousin whose name begins with Aa, says he often gets calls because people have hit their "contacts" button 2/3 times and he is the first name on their list.
My first contact is "AA traffic", doubt they could reunite with my phone.

Thing is, the vote is over. A colective decision has been made.
Everyone has to get on with working together again (whether they voted yes or no, or didn't get a vote). I'm slightly concerned that the 'no' crew aren't going to let the 'yes' lot forget that 'they were right' etc etc. And we're not actually going to focus on working together.
Anyhow. Great news re your plans. I bet you're feeling a lot more relaxed tonight!
Yes, exactly. There has been some rather disappointing behaviour in the wake of this. Not to be proud of in the least.
I'm much more looking forward to moving forward united and perhaps taking example for more control in England as our sister countries have in their home countries. Certainly the passion and interest shown is something we've been desperate for in British politics.0 -

Not sure when that was. Crime has been about a long, long time. Poor behaviour has too.0 -

Apparently, the 75+ age group voted a resounding "no"
, whereas the 16 year olds voted "yes". Twitter cries of the young being stuck with the old's decision long after they will need their pensions!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. It's not really about "being right'.
For most No voters, it's more a visceral anger that total strangers wanted to inflict such damage on our country and it's people. For a vanity project.
It will take time for that anger to fade.Anyhow. Great news re your plans. I bet you're feeling a lot more relaxed tonight!
Yes and No.
We now have to deliver 12 months work in 4 months to try and catch up.
Frustrating, but yes, a good thing overall.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
