Well, I did a tip run - had the grass cuttings and ivy/fern cuttngs to take down there. Trug fell over on a corner, so I then had to brush out the final 10% of the debris from the back seat..... so annoyed I didn't put it in the boot and secure it with bungee ropes.

Did a good deed for a neighbour.

    Then I had a bath/washed my hair.

    It's all go here!

The one I live in but hate. I hate it less now the mud has finally gone. The house has been mud free for three weeks. The difference is astonishing.

If the best that you can say is that you hate it less, then I'm still thrilled that you're going to be selling it at last.
Where do you want to move to next?

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Furniture, just like in a proper/real house

    Ooh - get you! :p

Looks lovely - maybe a bit like a wet sand dune? :)

I think it'd take a lot of imagination to make that leap :)

It is lovely though isn't it. I keep rushing over there to sit on it and smile :)

I've also taken the garden lounger cushion off and vacuum packed that away for the winter and put it in the shed ... and folded up the frame and put that in the shed. Just like normal, organised, people would do :)

Cushion vacuumed down neatly/small .... and the bag will protect it against creepy crawlies, vermin and damp.

Nice! It only needs a pale blue cushion to suit your beach theme :D

This afternoon I was told I've got a good imagination ;)

Regardless of whether those of us with overactive imaginations can think up links to the beach theme, by far the most important thing is that you love it and you'll enjoy having it. That makes me smile too :)

Creepy crawlies and damp - yes. Vermin - not so sure?

We're going to rent. See if we can get planning permission again on the land, which we're keeping, once I've emotionally detached from it all.

I want to be near a station for DS. I'd like to be able to walk school with DD. Can't really do both, so the house will determine it.

Would blue go with brown? I was thinking maybe it needs yellow .... but then I wondered if the only colour that goes with fudge is light fudge :)

I'll keep an eye out for suitable cushions in the coming months. Annoyingly, a shop round the corner (bankrupt stock sort of place) has some long/pillow sized cushions really quite cheap - but with a really cr4p design, so I've not bought one/two, even though I've been in there twice and seen them.

What I get is down to price/discovering it .... rather than choosing and sourcing :)
