I've hurt my back so this was a bit more of a challenge than I was expecting, hence I'm really late. New lights in my new garden. It's not quite dark enough still, but it looks beautiful from here, lovely Spirit.
Glass of bubbly, too and a grubby doozergirl for measure. Lots of my favourite things and good thoughts and love and strength for you.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I was more thinking of being told I'm special just for being me etc. but being told I'm special because I'm odd enough to enjoy manual labour in the name of helping others - I'll take it.
After a day helping PN, I was too tired to leave the house. If we can make it out for dinner you're doing something wrongAnd as an attractive single lady I am sure you could get taken out to dinner every night if you so chose
Not convinced, but thanks for the sentiment. Actually, going out to dinner wouldn't feature on my list of things I miss because I'm single. I'm quite prepared to go to dinner on my own - though I don't do it very often because a) it's cheaper to eat YS stuff at home and b) it's not as nice as eating out with company.0 -

Oh my Doozergirl - I LOVE those lights!
Maybe when I re-do my lean-to/ conservatory...
Where did they come from?0 -
DG that all looks gorgeous!
That colour looks stronger than I thought, it works well with your gorgeous sparkly lights.
They are wonderful lights for spirit. And she'll love to see DG too I think. ( who suddenly looks a bit less like her daddy, ...I was about to follow that up with has she just had a growth spurt then realised how that sounded. Anyway, !!! always, she looks as cute as a button)0 -

Apologies, I watch but don't vote. Will cheer on from my sofa though
I'd guessed, but just seen your friend. She always seems like a great laugh and really, really genuine.0 -
I got slightly ahead of myself and purchased a lot of garden living stuff from Next in the summer sale in 2012. I literally just cracked open the lights (i bought five sets but three have disappeared) and two deckchairs an hour ago.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

We tell you you're special, you tell is we are wrong pfft. No pleasing some people
We had the most amazing dinner at home last night. We had duck, and its been ages since I enjoyed a meal so much. Because I've been able to eat more I am relying less on meat, which is better ( financially and ethically) but realised last night as I had to hold back from falling back like big dog into the duck breast , maybe I am missing red meat a bit.0 -

She is. Good fun, self depricating, laugh 'til you cry, big hugs. Doozer and she have been friends since childhood.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
