Cliff Richard - I was totally unaware his name was on a list of potential.
Also find it disquieting that the press were hovering as the police entered his house.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I have found someone -facebook recommendation, so friend of a friend of a friend -who power washes drives during the evenings as a second job. He came round tonight to quote. Don't know what he does during the day, but he is doing this to earn some extra £££. Looks about 30, married with 2 kids , I'm impressed that he is prepared to go out every evening to earn money on top of his day job. My dilemma is he is charging half the going rate, I told him he was reasonable and booked him, but wondering if I should say that he should be charging more.
It's up to him to decide on the level of charges, maybe he's new and he'll find a natural balance somewhere. Of course he maybe a NP drive washer and then would have to engage with an NP trying to get him to charge more, when he feels it would be un-NP to do so. Recipe for disaster as two NPs try to be as nice as possible and then worry about hurting each others feelings.
I'd just accept the price and give him a tip.
I've never met a poor dentist.
My dentist's brother used to fly to Dortmund and back for four days a week to practise his dentistry as it was so much more profitable.neverdespairgirl wrote: »T

We could make tea, chatter in the background, admire her sterling efforts in the garden, then sternly disapprove every time she moves away from her desk!:D
Sounds great - a party at mine that I'm not invited to

Do you ever eat these yourself, or are you just fattening them up for the foxes? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Yes, this is very annoying....WNTS??
SQ could be Status Quo?
I hope all this is clarified by the time I get to work!
Status Quo are playing near Wells later this month. It is not far from Sheringham, where I am staying. So, problem solved. Except that I have never been to Status Quo concert, real or fake.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Hm... Hello guys:D Hope everything's well.
Am OK.
My dad is happier today; normally he'd be stressing about a-level results and going back to school:D But he doesn't have to. Because he's retired.:T
Think it's going to be strange for him in September...
Hope he enjoys his retirement!
My DW is retiring next month. I don't half envy her! There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

We eat suitable home reared chook. It can be very, very different to commercial chicken. Almost a different meat. When people say 'tastes like chicken' I wonder which sort!
Not worth bothering with these tbh, more fuss than worth for eating. I'm not actively breeding or planning anything ATM, otherwise it would have been worth buying known breed eggs to stick under her for planned breeding.0
