Good. A deadline is just what I would need if I were you.
Not a deadline in 2 months time for the whole thing though. What I suspect is needed is to break this big task up into small, manageable tasks, each with a deadline. It also needs a rather helpful supervisor available to deal with any difficulties, eg references that can't be found. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Salukis and their cross breeds are very popular with travellers too.
They are also not considered unclean by Arabs.
Isn't that an odd position? A dog that truely crosses social boundaries really.0 -
Hm... Hello guys:D Hope everything's well.
Am OK.
My dad is happier today; normally he'd be stressing about a-level results and going back to school:D But he doesn't have to. Because he's retired.:T
Think it's going to be strange for him in September...“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

So ... any NPs who are good at colours .... pick me a paint colour for my table, chairs, shed.

Indeed.
I am calling OFF work plans.
Sill up for a ladies lunch in September. Lydia's and spirits day off is now the same I think. And I have house to myself for a fortnight, though September might be horrific for Lydia....settling into routine ( mid to late I think? )
NDG? Too far? Off peak trains aren't as plentyful to here, but I'm very near a station.
We will reconvene after the deadline date for nikkster gardening and marmite toast eating here. Plenty to be done then.0 -

I answered this, it swallowed it.

I noticed that B&Q are selling chalky paint for furniture. The big brand for shabby-chic is Annie Sloane but here is stuff for the wider market.

Re: colours - if you are theming then matching it or trying to compliment something you already own would be a good idea. Is there something owned and staying? It's easier to pick paint to match something than start finding things to match paint. Sofa?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
